IZFC is excited to host the Zeta International Tournament (China Kite Cup) in Weifang, China, in 2024.

We invite boys born between 2015 and 2010 (Flight 3 and above recommended) to embark on an unforgettable 9-day journey, encompassing visits to iconic landmarks such as the Great Wall, Forbidden City, and the hometown of Confucianism. Participants will not only experience high-level competition but also immerse themselves in a rich cultural and historical adventure.

Tournament Details

Date: July 26 - August 4, 2024

Location: Weifang, Shandong, China

Age Groups: Boys born in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Bracket: Two brackets per age group, comprising 8-12 teams each, guaranteeing four games per team:

July 26: Departure from LAX, arrival in Beijing on July 27th;

July 27: Wangfujing + Nanluoguxiang tour, overnight stay in Beijing;

July 28: Great Wall + Forbidden City, overnight stay in Beijing;

July 29: Travel from Beijing to Weifang via high-speed train, arrival at Shandong Taishan Football School, training session before kickoff;

July 30 & July 31: Tournament matchdays;

August 1: Rest day, Confucianism hometown tour (Weifang to Qufu, Qufu to Weifang);

August 2: Tournament matchday;

August 3: Jinan Tour, witness the Chinese Super League match between Shandong Taishan and Shanghai Port, featuring renowned players like Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Júnior and Crysan da Cruz Queiroz Barcelos;

August 4: Return from Jinan to Beijing, departure from Beijing to LAX.
